Infraction: Was bias in refusing to investigate a complaint of assault by me. Falsified all records the tried to catch me when I resisted without violence this false arrest. While chasing me (I outran the teaser) down 23rd. The Clown "utilized chemical agents" while behind me and running into the wind, effectively covering his face with O.C. spray. The lord gave me speed to evade immediate arrest. And did punish the moron cop.
